You may have heard about matcha by now. If you haven't, it's the newest super food/health booster/supplement on the block, and for good reason. It's been taking the health industry by storm, basically because it is extremely healthy, tasty and versatile AND it turns food creations green - always a bit of fun!
Matcha is powdered dried green tea leaves. One teaspoon of matcha powder has the same amount of antioxidants as ten cups of brewed green tea, so it is pretty powerful stuff! It is also high in chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals and supports the metabolism.
